Returns

If you are dissatisfied with a product or ingredient for any reason, please let us know.

Please contact us at Lifebar502@gmail.com within seven (7) calendar days of the date you received the product and we will either replace the product at our expense or, depending on the circumstances, provide you a full or partial credit or refund of the purchase price for that item.

We may arrange a refund or require photographic documentation of any Product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you a replacement, credit or refund.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. 

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
